I had an outstanding experience with our home inspector Kyle during the recent inspection of the house we’re buying. He was early, professional, and came fully prepared. He completed a full home inspection, termite inspection, and radon inspection — all with incredible thoroughness and attention to detail. He has a very trained eye and found things I never would have noticed myself. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable he was and how clearly he explained everything, especially when I didn’t have the background to fully understand what I was looking at. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident throughout the process. The final report he provided was excellent — detailed, well-organized, and easy to follow. Even my attorney noted it was one of the best inspection reports he’s seen. And he was able to get it to me within 48 hrs because we’re in a hurry to close. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a top-notch home inspector.
