Great customer service and response fast within the same day
I served as the class representative in a case handled by this firm, and my experience with communication and transparency throughout the process was extremely disappointing.
At the beginning of the case, communication was very strong. I was reassured that the firm had my back and that my interests would be protected as the class representative. Based on those conversations and the paperwork presented to me, I trusted the firm and agreed to move forward.
However, as the case progressed, communication dropped off significantly. I often had to search for information about my own case by looking up court records myself because updates were not consistently provided to me. Important developments, including court dates and case progress, were not clearly communicated, which left me feeling confused about what was happening.
There were multiple times where I reached out simply trying to understand the status of the case. Even after the settlement was being finalized, I still struggled to get clear answers or updates. As the class representative, I expected to be kept informed about major decisions and developments.
Another issue that was very difficult for me was learning about a significant change to the representative award only after the check arrived. I had previously been told the award would be $10,000, but the amount was reduced by the judge to $5,000. Despite speaking with the firm and the settlement administrator multiple times, this change was never clearly explained to me ahead of time.
Throughout the process I often felt like I had to advocate for myself just to obtain basic information about my own case. Serving as the class representative should involve transparency and clear communication, and unfortunately that was not my experience.
I am sharing this review so that future clients understand the importance of asking for clear timelines, regular updates, and written explanations throughout the legal process.

Class actions can sometimes involve developments outside the control of both the parties, counsel, and our expectations. In this case, the Court made the decision to reduce the class representative award from $10,000 to $5,000 during the settlement approval process. Courts have the authority to review and adjust representative awards as part of their oversight of class action settlements. While Courts do not commonly reduce enhancement awards by half, and Plaintiffs' Counsel generally do what they can to avoid that happening, it is, ultimately, within the Court's discretion.

This guys are big time scammers. They sold out to the company I was suing. They make you sign contracts that are favorable to them to pretty much screw us. I wonder how much money they received from the company I was suing for discrimination. They had me waiting almost 3 years for nothing.
