My family and I have been with this company for years, and we think John Shoemaker with Tokay is fantastic! John is very knowledgeable and professional, and when he is the appointment technician we're always confident our HVAC systems are in great hands. Sarah and her team are also great and responsive if we need appointments changed, etc. Appreciate this company and the work their teams do!

We have used Perfection Home Systems since 1999 for HVAC system installation/maintenance. They have installed four systems for us and have stood behind their work and product. We have also referred them to neighbors and friends. Their service, professionalism and quality of work is outstanding and the staff have been responsive and easy to work with. Perfection Home Systems recently merged with Tokay Heating & Air Conditioning Repair. We continue to intrust the bi- annual maintenance of our systems with Tokay. We just had a fourth system upgrade and they continue to do exceptional work. The staff we worked with on this recent project (Remington, Rick, David, Alberto and office staff) were responsive, professional, personable and fun to work with. The quality of their work continues meet and exceed expectations. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Tokay.
Remington and Jarret arrived on time and maintained our HVAC in a high quality manner. They reviewed what we could do to be more energy efficient and are quoting us a price on a new HVAC. Good guys and we'll have them back.

Remington was here along with a shadow employee he was training name Jaspreet. Remington was so friendly and courteous and knowledgeable as the last time! He introduced Jaspreet to me and they both went up on roof to do my A/C maintenance for summer! They couldn’t have a better mentor/trainer as Remington with his knowledge and presentation .

Remington and Jaspreet came out to do my annual service, and they were both professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They performed the service we called them out for, advised us on possible additional services we may want, and things we could do ourselves to make our system more efficient and last longer.
