Works well with some modification
This tofu press has worked really well for us so far. However, I’ve noticed that for standard blocks of tofu (like the size in the pictures), it seems to be pressing too hard. We buy firm tofu and it will be slightly squished/crumbly afterward, even the lowest setting. Our workaround for this has been cutting the block in half to make it thinner, and it’s worked really well for that.I worry the silicone bands will get stretched overtime and not work as well, but we haven’t noticed anything yet

This tofu press is a game changer. I’m eating tofu each week now and I don’t know why I ever tried to just hand press water out with paper towels, lol. That was messy and inefficient. It seems very well constructed. I was initially concerned the bands might break under pressure, but they’ve showed no signs of stress like that. Comes with handy instructions and recommendations for pressing. This will always be a staple in my kitchen now.

Quick and Easy Tofu Press
I recently discovered that a an easy and not to bulky tofu press existed. My vegetarian friend suggested this one and I got it and its has been a game changer.Finally i can press my tofu easily and with less mess. This one works great and is so easy. HIghly recommend!

Tofu cracked under pressure
I only pressed for about 3 hours. The well was full. Next time I'll dump it after the first hour. I suspect the organic blocks I get are thicker than the what the designers intended. I say that because the tofu cracked a bit under the pressure creating a couple not so perfect cubes but that's a small price to pay for the results. I have been hand pressing and air drying my tofu for months for stir frys. None of them ever came out as crispy as the batch I did today using the press. It didn't come with washing instructions but the top rack of the dishwasher seemed to work well. I'm also impressed with the quality of plastic. It feels like it will last me a long time.

I would give 6 stars if I could.I’ve been vegan for 20 years; have tried so many other tofu presses, none worked anywhere near as well as this one. It is not only extremely effective, it is easy to use( the rubber bands are VERY tight, so that may require a bit of strength) it is easy to clean and easy to store. Highly recommend.

Non ho mai fatto il tofu in casa quindi non posso fare confronti sul prodotto che comunque mi sembra molto valido. Facile da pulire con due manici robusti. Il primo tofu che ho fatto è venuto un po’ morbido, ma è buonissimo, tanto che lo mangio a forchettate come un formaggio spalmabile. Ci sono entrati precisi 2 litri di latte di soia, devo imparare qualche trucchetto per non farlo fuoriuscire dai bordi quando è in pressa. Niente a che vedere con il sapore del tofu acquistato al supermercato comunque. Ho usato il latte bio della probios che è molto proteico ed ha un’ottima resa.
