Alex and Rodrigo were amazing ! We booked a two person class with an extra 3 boards for rental. The guys were exactly on time at the location. Pristine Dominicalito beach. Could not recommend more.

I had a really fun experience with these guys for my second surfing lesson ..I had a private lesson and that worked out really well. He was good at criticising when it was necessary and encouraging in the same way. I’ll be booking my next lesson with them when I return to the area hopefully sooner than later :) Thanks to Todo Sano for a great time!

Brazil Rule 2025.04.08

     

Had a great time surfing with Todo Sano - was able to book multiple sessions during our stay. Felt like they customized the lessons to our ability and what we were looking for, as well as choose the best place/time to maximize our waves! Thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Booked a private lesson with pictures. Had an amazing time with Rodrigo, my instructor. He adapted his teaching and was very encouraging. He took the time to teach the basis and would give good advice. Would definitely take another lessons with them in the future!

Had my first surf lesson today in Dominical, Costa Rica, with Todo Sano Surf School, and it was amazing! My instructor, Alex, has been surfing since he was six and knows the ocean inside out. Before hitting the water, Alex broke down the basics: how to read the currents, stay safe, and work with the waves instead of against them. Then, we practiced the fundamentals on the sand—popping up, balancing, steering, and controlling speed. Once in the water, Alex stayed close, guiding me through every wave with solid advice and good vibes. I had a blast! 🌊 Alex is a great instructor, and I’ll definitely be back for an intermediate lesson. Highly recommend! 🤙

We had such an amazing experience at Todo Sano Surf School! All three of my boys took lessons. Their instructors are incredible teachers. All three of my boys were standing up and having the time of their lives. I would absolutely recommend them for lessons.

High quality surf lessons with fantastic teachers! We bought my father-in-law a lesson and he had an absolute blast (and learned a lot!). They had him surfing green waves by the end of the session. We highly recommend Todo Sano surf school!

Honeslty the best people are running this! Theres a break mid lesson with water and fruits and some biscuits which made it way more enjoyable 😌 Took my second surf lesson with them and stood up easily with Alex's relaxed way of teaching, and technics, safety was put first which makes you feel safe (obviously haha) Highly highly recommend ! Oh and they take pictures of you surfing too which is an other amazing plus! Pura vida to these guys 🧡

Alex taught me more about surfing in two hours then I've learned in two years of trying to surf. I am a 62-year-old woman who has always wanted to surf. Despite many attempts on my own with some professional instruction and advice from surfer friends. I was still struggling with the “pop up" and was unable to consistently catch, pop up, and ride a wave. With Alex there keenly observing my wave-catching/riding efforts, and providing supportive, intelligent and specific instruction and support, I was able to do it! I rode at least half a dozen waves. It was thrilling! Thanks to Alex, Camila and the lovely Tado Sano Surf School team, my dream of riding those waves came true. You can teach an old dog new tricks:) I highly recommend.

Great communication ahead of the lesson, a really clear, friendly and likeable instructor (thank you Alex!), and, best of all—I got up on the board, again and again! We had such an amazing experience with Todo Sano Surf school. We booked as two families; two adults and 5 kids (11,11,9,8,8). Every instructor was great, made sure each of us were having a great time. Giving the kids breaks when needed but also pushing them when needed. This was definitely the best surf school we have attended. One of the kids when we got back to our place after our lesson, who is normally very nervous for any new activities, asked us when we are going surfing again.
