Todd and I have developed a good relationship based on his expertise and knowledge of the services he provides for me and my family. Mr. Oldfield was extremely helpful navigating Kynect and making sure my family was able to get the best deal possible on a health plan. He is quick to respond if I have any questions or need ongoing assistance even after insurance signups are over. When I met Todd a few years ago he agreed to come to my home and help me with my insurance fiasco. I was immediately comfortable with him and he took time to explain and straighten out the mess I had made. Every year since he’s the only person I trust with my insurance. I’ll tell you why. He has your best interest at heart. He makes you feel like family. If I have a question I call him. He always looks at and reviews with me the companies, policies, and options that work best for me. He has traveled to Boyd or Greenup counties several times just for a signature. Todd truly is a ninja and he has made my life so much easier by going above and beyond. He is great!
