The positive reviews seem hard to believe based on my experiences. As a returning patient seeking revision of a previous procedure that did not go well, I expected a smoother process. Instead, after waiting a month for a consultation with the doctor, I was called the day before and told it had to be rescheduled with a PA first, requiring me to pay two separate consultation fees. I was also informed that the cost of the procedure had doubled from the quote I received just 30 days earlier. Since I was paying out of pocket, the sudden price increase and extra appointments felt more like an upsell than patient care. Lastly, don't expect any of your calls to be retuned from the front desk staff.
