Excellent Service. I called TLC around 12:30 and talk to Greg. Filled up the form on line and I was told the hospital bed will be deliver between 2-3 pm today. Around 2:00 pm Mike came and installed the bed quickly. Mike is very pleasant and has excellent skills. Only 20 minutes and the bed is ready to use. Highly recommended. Thank you very much Greg and Mike :)

A quick thank you to Mike for being so helpful and accommodating. A very good friend lost his wife and understandably wanted the hospital bed he had bought for her to use at home removed from the family room. One quick call to Mike, explained the situation, he explained the process and in less than 48 hours everything was looked after. When Mike arrived to pick up the bed, he quickly took everything apart while carrying on a pleasant, reassuring chat and within 20 minutes he was finished up and the bed was gone. Highly recommend Mike and the team at TLC. Thanks Mike for making this difficult process so seamless.

We needed a hospital bed for 30 days for a loved one who was released from hospital, but wasn't ready for a regular bed. Mike was extremely helpful and gave great advice. He delivered the bed on time and picked it up when we no longer needed it. Mike was always professional and polite. He responded quickly to requests and questions and was a great communicator throughout the month we needed his services. I would highly recommend this company!
