We needed a hospital bed for 30 days for a loved one who was released from hospital, but wasn't ready for a regular bed. Mike was extremely helpful and gave great advice. He delivered the bed on time and picked it up when we no longer needed it. Mike was always professional and polite. He responded quickly to requests and questions and was a great communicator throughout the month we needed his services. I would highly recommend this company!

Rented a hospital bed for my mom in a private LTC location. Always answered calls promptly, never shoved me into voicemail hell, service was great, and were always on time for appointments. I had to unfortunately switch to another provider that had the inventory I needed for my mom when I needed to switch from renting to an outright purchase today.

**Couldn't have asked for better help**
I honestly can't say enough good things about George at TLC Home Mobility.
My mum was coming home after 3 months in hospital and I was pretty stressed about getting the right bed sorted. I must have called George about a dozen times over several weeks - asking questions, second-guessing myself, asking the same things again - and he was so patient every single time. Never made me feel like I was bothering him.
He really knew his stuff and walked me through the different options, explaining what would work best for different situations. What I appreciated most was how honest he was - he talked about the pros and cons of each type rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive one. That meant a lot when you're already worried about making the right choice for someone you love.
George was just really friendly and helpful throughout. It was such a relief to find someone I could trust who actually seemed to care.
Then Mike came to deliver and set everything up - he was brilliant too. Really friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. Had it all set up in no time.
