Best service by mike!

We needed a hospital bed c/w low air loss mattress with alternating pressure for our elderly mom who was being discharged from the hospital. I left a message on a weekend and Mike replied same day!! He reviewed options of rental vs. purchase. Then on a short 2 day notice the items were delivered and set up to my Mom's residence!! Service & communication were amazing and would highly recommend TLC!

I needed a hospital bed for my 89 yr old mother and called TLC Home Mobility after seeing their post on Kijiji. Mike was absolutely awesome to deal with. He answered all my questions clearly and made helpful recommendations. His communications were outstanding and very prompt. He delivered exactly on the day we requested and arrived right on time. He had the bed set up in less than an hour and fully demonstrated it's use. His prices were very reasonable. You can't go wrong with TLC Home Mobility. I know if we need more equipment for mom we'll be calling them for sure. Thank-you Mike.

I was in desperate need for a hospital bed for my father. Not only did Mike meet with me on Easter Sunday, when everyone else was spending time with their family, he also delivered the bed and set it up for me the next day. I have been in the retail business for over 50 years. I have never seen exceptional customer service like this. Mike I can’t thank you enough. You are truly an amazing person. We recently rented and then bought a hospital from George and Mike. They wede absolutely fantastic to deal with. George answered questions anytime I messaged, even if it was out of work hours. Mike was a fantastic delivery and set up guy. He is kind, caring, and made you feel like you were important not just a customer. After the rental, we knew we wanted to support their business instead of going with the big box stores where you are only a customer. Highly recommend them!!

TLC Home Mobility website very informative. We ordered new bed package and a few minutes later received a call from Mike when would we like it delivered & assembled. Just amazing service, he came the next morning! Mike came when he said (few minutes earlier!) Very friendly and got right to work. He demonstrated everything. Very friendly and informative. Totally recommend!!! Mom may need more assistance so we will definitely use TLC again!!! Thank you again Mark!!!

Completely recommend TLC Home Mobility, for your mobility issues. We rented a hospital bed. Picked the top of the line bed, with comfort mattress!!! Great customer service! Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. They were amazing. Better prices, for the higher quality choices. Surgery date had to be changed. They helped ease through the chaos and had it delivered in time for the new date.

George and Mike are fantastic. Came to my wife's rescue with a hospital bed on very short notice!!! Price was excellent as well as service!!!! This is the place to go for me for now on and I heavily recommend TLC Home Mobility!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I contacted Michael through Kijiji to repair a broken hospital bed for my 94-year-old grandmother. I contacted a few vendors on Kijiji. He was the first to respond (within minutes). He came the next day at a time that was convenient for my grandmother, fixed the issue, and changed us less than the original quote given over the phone. Really liked dealing with Michael. He was prompt, accountable and he delivered.

The experiences that my family and I have had with George and Mike are amazing both of them are kind, mindful, understanding, knowledgeable, helpful and well meaning people. They respond quickly to your concerns and questions and they provide you with answers that are well informed regarding products, devices that can assist you and your love one to live a manageable and fulfilling life. Amazing customer service from Mike. He delivered and set up a fantastic hospital bed, complete with mattress cover and extra sheets, within 24 hrs of my first contact with him. He also seemed very empathetic to our situation.

Huge thanks to Mike and George from TLC. We just had a bed delivered and setup for my father. The folks from TLC were very professional, courteous, kind and very quick. The bed was ordered, delivered and setup in about 24 hours. Their price was very reasonable, and they will buy it back later on if requested.
