This has got to be one of the greatest drafting businesses around. Romanos was friendly and professional, helping me develop a complex, high end single storey extension in Richmond. He incorporated all the last minute changes I wanted, as well as providing really good advice and creative help. Great communication, great price, great service. This is definitely someone i’d recommend.

Over the Christmas period I learnt that I required a building permit and I wasn't sure how I would go getting a draftsperson to do my building drawings cos as we all know the building industry is pretty much closed over late Dec/Jan period. I called TJR Projects and spoke to Romanos who discussed things with me and said that he was working over the holiday period (as he was taking leave in March to get married) and could work on my project straightaway. Romanos kept to the schedule which was really important to me, he arrived at the property on time and was warm and professional. Everything in dealing with TJR Projects went very well and I was given time lines and information which helped me immensely with the project. I would highly recommend Romanos and TJR Projects as their pricing was fair and they were on track with delivery every step of the way.

Romanos is a true professional and life Saver!! I met Romanos when my project was in major trouble with another designer and just not getting anywhere. From the start, Romanos gave me complete confidence he could restore and deliver my project to full glory. He took full control of the designs, assessed the issues, engaged the Surveyor, Engineer and ran my project through to Building Permit approval with meticulous attention to detail, picking up on numerous errors in original design. I'm not sure where I'd be if he didn't step in! Seriously quality work, customer service and excellent knowledge of the build/design area. I will 100% be recommending him to all family and friends without doubt. To top things of he is an all round very friendly, nice guy. No problem was to big. Thanks Romanos I owe you big time! Romanos has been so helpful with the red line plan and architectural plans for my brewery fit out. He has given great advice, the quality of work is top notch, turn around is very fast and price is good. I would use again for sure.
