Frustrating experience:
1. MOST FRUSTRATING ACTION. Despite me telling them over the phone which bank account we wanted the funds paid in to, they paid it into another one. Thankfully it was one of our accounts, but if they don't show this attention to detail, I wonder if the funds could have gone elsewhere? This has just resulted in my wife having to spend 30 minutes on the phone trying to sort this out.
2. We were sent a document to sign but it had restrictions on it not allowing this. Check before you send documents out.
3. One document requiring a signature contained incorrect instructions. This resulted in the first person we asked to sign it refusing to do so. (and rightly so). I suspect I wasn't the first to raise this so why not avoid the frustration and amend it?
