I had a client who needed prints the same day. Only problem was I was a thousand miles away.
I called Titans of Print and they had my project in the works almost instantly and coordinated the courier to get my client what she needed before the end of the day.
Great printer & helped me out in a pinch.

Total disaster project full of assumptions. Embarrassed us infront of a large major cruise line. Simple requests but were not professional enough to deliver. Some basic sign off approvals and double checking would ensure a smoother delivery. Pick up was complicated from a 3rd party location. Will not use again. Tried to mediate a refund and offered 3% in return. Avoid. Simply don’t care enough about you as a client.

For transparency, the floor display signage produced for this project was a standard, non-custom display, quoted, approved, and invoiced as such. The product was manufactured exactly to the specifications outlined in the approved invoice and would have fit correctly based on the original product dimensions provided. We did also offer options for custom sized display but they stated it was fine. Unfortunately, updated product dimensions were sent later as an attachment without being flagged in the email body or discussed.
The custom tabletop display signage, which was a custom item, did not fit as intended. We acknowledged this immediately and offered to remake it. As a professional courtesy, we issued a 50% refund for the custom table displays, which was processed and confirmed—despite the fact that we were not provided with a physical product sample, which is our standard best practice for custom POS signage and display fabrication.
Regarding graphics: Titans of Print did not design the artwork for this project. The banner layout and text visibility were supplied by the client’s designer. Our role was printing and fabrication, and we verified production specs to ensure accurate printing—not design layout decisions. We also provided detailed template for them to place their design as needed which was also sent to size. We were in not responsible for making sure their design team placed everything as per your needs.
Pickup instructions were clearly listed on the invoice. While we regret any inconvenience, the location used is our standard local pickup point, and we responded to all email communication throughout the project.
We specialize in custom signage, POS displays, trade show graphics, large-format printing, and branded marketing materials, and we’ve worked successfully with Fortune 500 companies, cruise lines, and national brands for many years. We take pride in delivering quality signage solutions and resolving issues professionally and in good faith.
While we understand frustration when a project doesn’t go as planned, we believe this matter was handled responsibly, transparently, and fairly on our end.

I needed a custom printed feather flag asap, and Titans of Print was the only place that accepted my job. I called at least 10 other print shops in the area and no one was even willing to entertain the idea of my job due to the quick turn around. Not only did they deliver but I made it even harder on them by adding a custom printed table cloth and they were still able to deliver both items on time and of high quality. Customer service was top notch. They were very patient with me and my request, super helpful and genuinely kind. I’m very grateful to have found them and will 100% use them again.

I am incredibly pleased with Titans of Print!!! I had to get a sign made for a vacation rental my husband and I just finished building, and came across Titans of Print doing a Google Search. Chris helped guide me every step of the way. I ended up purchasing a 1/2" acrylic sign that was painted black and has a clear matte coat, and added spacers so it floats off the wall. It looks incredible!!! I highly recommend them!
