My first experience was good, but every technician since then has constantly tried to upsell me. I recently let them put a new top-of-the-line motor. It has been absolutely useless impossible to pair with any of the cars or the keypad that we already had installed. The technician didn’t bother to do any of those sorts of connections before leaving and we have now spent more than two hours trying to get it working. I would not use these guys again. I don’t think they’re professional.

After a catastrophic entanglement of a tipped over wooden lattice and our garage door cabling, two of our four metal door panels were partially torn under pressure, as well as misalignment. I was certain we were going to have to replace the entire door. Tip Top's wonderful technician, Vlad, was able to fix the two panels with rock solid support struts, repairs to the tears, and a realignment of the tracks. He also lubricated the wheels, hinges and the main screw drive. We are so happy with the results, as it is running more smoothly now than when we bought the house 15 years ago! And, at about a quarter of the cost of total door replacement! We previously had Vlad out to repair a broken torsion spring a couple of years back, and I can't stress enough how friendly he is to work with and the quality of his repair work. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. We had an ice storm and our garage door broke. Adam was the best. He answered our call immediately and talked us through the process.The Technician, Tamir was at our house in 2 hours and repaired our garage door. Tamir was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the problem with our garage door in detail. He was able to repair and we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

This is an outstanding company. I needed to replace my garage door because it was damaged and not useable. Tip Top responded immediately to my call. A technician came out the same day, and took the information. Tip Top communications are timely and excellent. Adam Boone was my contact over the phone. He absolutely stayed on top of the entire process from beginning to end. Extremely capable and very friendly. They kept me informed every step of the way. The technician, Brad, installed the door was also very competent and friendly. He let me know when he would arrive, how long the installation would take and walked me through every step. The new door looks great and its construction and insulation is superb. I could not give this company a higher recommendation.
