Edit: Vladimir installed the incorrect spring, causing my garage door opener to exceed its lifespan by working so hard due to the heavy weight of the door. The garage door was not properly balanced and incredibly heavy for the garage door opener to operate. I could not open the garage door without two hands; the garage door weighed over 50lbs when it should weigh anywhere from 30lbs-3lbs; I had a third party company to come install a new garage door opener and they mentioned I have the wrong spring installed (they showed me weight scale of the garage door) and they would have opted for a much larger spring to carry the weight. I feel taken advantage of due to my own lack of knowledge for garage door - I feel more confident after having the work reviewed and informed that this was not to spec.

Tony was very communicative and identified the problem almost immediately. I appreciated the honest assessment, and thankfully, the problem was resolved within a few hours of my initial call.
