Deleting customers reviews/posts as well own socials isn’t a way how to deal with the dispute I had my tiny house built by this company (what ever name they use as for some reason they close and open a new company in The Companies House every single year) back in 7/23, finally delivered in 03/24 as Chris failed to secure the first recommended site. After the house was delivered I found number of concerning issues that I have made Chris aware of straight away - his respond was “Email me the full list and I’ll be back in 2 weeks time to correct it” he never came back, he resigned from the company instead. A newly appointed director Paola continues to be extremely unhelpful even she has been contacted repeatedly by my solicitor and in fact ordered to at least inspect the unit as she refused to do so for long 12 months. She’s still refusing to resolve the issues and even fulfill her own warranty promises as well uk legislation Issues with the unit: 1. Damaged roof in transport 2. Leaks around the cooker 3. Screws penetrating the front wall 4. Gaps around windows and front door 5. Poor work quality 6. Inefficient underfloor heating 7. Cutting corners with insulation (instead of agreed 1150mm was done only 500mm) 8. Wrong measurement of head height lower floor so the fridge didn’t fit it Last but not least - what I found utterly shocking is that these people do advertise “custom build product” even let people sign the contract for a custom build unit but they go and do what ever they found suitable for them no matter what is written/agreed or even in the drawings/plans so I continue to raise my negative experience and even take them to court if I have to.

We had our viewing and consultation appointment with Chris. It was great to see the builds in person and get a true feeling for the space and build quality. It was very helpful to gain lots more knowledge of regulations/building process etc from Chris. I note a few reviews mentioned about paying "to view the tiny homes" - we paid for a 2 hour consultation (which actually ended up being longer as there was so much to talk about) and do not regret it. Chris provided us with a massive amount of information, he shared his expertise and took hours out of his weekend that he could be spending with his family to meet with us, I do not feel that this should be a free service and feel that it is well worth the money and I would never expect someone to share their knowledge and expertise for free. We appreciated his honesty and did not feel sales pressured at any point throughout the experience. Paola was also very quick with responses throughout the initial enquiry and pre-appointment process and we look forward to working with them to build our tiny home!

After a hard battle trying to get a mortgage, we decided to use our house deposit to purchase a tiny home instead. I am so glad we did!! Chris and Paola were truly wonderful, keeping us up to date with emails, photos and phone calls whilst our home was being built. Once our home was delivered we immediately fell in love. We can't fault a single thing. I cannot thank them enough for making our dreams come true. We are much warmer in our tiny home than we were in bricks and mortar! Not to mention how quick it takes to do housework...if anyone is thinking of taking the tiny home plunge I 100% recommend Tiny eco homes with Chris and Paola. Thank you again for our beautiful home.

Here I am with 2 of my g-kids, booked in for a night, trying out the Tiny Eco homes experience. The tiny home is luxurious, spotlessly clean and superfunctional on every level. If, like me, you are looking for a minimalist but luxury, sustainable but easily manageable home you will not find a better design. I absolutely recommend staying a night, worth every penny and a fantastic opportunity to understand how the whole thing works. Paola is a delight and answered all my queries regarding the booking. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Chris when we arrived, what a legend and thoroughly nice guy he is. All in all a truly five star experience.

Tried to order a trailer from them and very slow email customer service. When I finally received an invoice they had added VAT even though website stated including VAT in the price. I queried this by email but have never received a reply. I advise going elsewhere

I’m not sure charging prospective customers to essentially view a tiny home is the right approach. Most show homes, holiday homes etc allow prospective customers to view their homes free of charge. After all soft enquiries may become realistic sales, as many people don’t know exactly what they want until they see it, and are talked through the benefits.

My wife & I wanted to view a Tiny home to see if we could envisage living in one but although Tiny Eco Homes have several show homes to view they insist on you paying £75 up front which is refunded IF you buy a house from them. They say they provide consultancy which helps you along the way to owning a Tiny House & I accept that this is warranted if you decide to purchase but I am not aware of any other companies that charge you just to walk around a show home. A disgraceful practice!

Thank you for your feedback, our vewings and consultations at our workshop are designed for people who are placing an order from us, so our workshop is not designed for open walk in vewings as we need to set everything up for a visit. We do have homes available to view at certain locations around the UK which are still yet to reopen after been shut due to the current situation.
We will post on our website once everything is full reopen for vewings

Chris is an artist and his team are incredible. Myself and my partner have been living in our wonderful yellow elegance grand deluxe tiny house for almost a month now and it's whizzed by! We spent over 6 months chasing this dream living in a small decrepit two berth caravan on a plot waiting for this and it did not disappoint. They were helpful throughout, built the house to spec, sent us pictures and updates as the build went on, and even delivered and helped us set it up. Amazing. If the idea of living on a cramped street in a dingy suburban neighbourhood with a ludicrous mortgage doesn't appeal to you; look no further!
