Deleting customers reviews/posts as well own socials isn’t a way how to deal with the dispute
I had my tiny house built by this company (what ever name they use as for some reason they close and open a new company in The Companies House every single year) back in 7/23, finally delivered in 03/24 as Chris failed to secure the first recommended site.
After the house was delivered I found number of concerning issues that I have made Chris aware of straight away - his respond was “Email me the full list and I’ll be back in 2 weeks time to correct it” he never came back, he resigned from the company instead. A newly appointed director Paola continues to be extremely unhelpful even she has been contacted repeatedly by my solicitor and in fact ordered to at least inspect the unit as she refused to do so for long 12 months. She’s still refusing to resolve the issues and even fulfill her own warranty promises as well uk legislation
Issues with the unit:
1. Damaged roof in transport
2. Leaks around the cooker
3. Screws penetrating the front wall
4. Gaps around windows and front door
5. Poor work quality
6. Inefficient underfloor heating
7. Cutting corners with insulation (instead of agreed 1150mm was done only 500mm)
8. Wrong measurement of head height lower floor so the fridge didn’t fit it
Last but not least - what I found utterly shocking is that these people do advertise “custom build product” even let people sign the contract for a custom build unit but they go and do what ever they found suitable for them no matter what is written/agreed or even in the drawings/plans so I continue to raise my negative experience and even take them to court if I have to.
