We honestly couldn't be happier with our experience at Tinkerlab preschool. It’s such a special place, and our daughter, Nyra, is truly thriving there. The teachers are the heart of the school—a huge thank you to Pallavi, Deepika, Nimra, Sanjana, and Aunty P for being so patient and caring. They've created such a loving atmosphere that Nyra gets excited to go to school every single day. We also love getting the daily reports on what she did and what she ate; it really keeps us connected.
The learning approach here is amazing. They focus on play-based learning, which means the kids are always engaged and having fun. We are constantly surprised by the interesting things Nyra talks about that she's learned at school. The weekly book-sharing program is especially great; it's really helping her build a strong vocabulary and discover new topics.
And we have to give a special shout-out to Pallavi, the Director. She's been an incredible counselor, genuinely invested in Nyra's development. She's helped us so much with everything from figuring out which nursery schools are the right fit to guiding us through applications and interviews. This kind of personal care and support truly makes Tinkerlab stand out. It’s more than a school; it’s a community where our child feels loved and is really growing.
We were extremely happy with the environment and care provided at the Tinker Lab. The educators are nurturing, patient, and attentive to every child’s needs, which made us feel reassured and confident. The activities were creative, engaging, and well-balanced between learning and play, which helped Abir develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
They have created a safe, joyful, and welcoming space where children look forward to coming every day. I truly appreciate the dedication of the founder (Mrs. Pallavi) and the educators in building such a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
My son looked forward to going every day, which says it all! Highly recommended.
My daughter Mehr joined TinkerLab at 18 months of age, and not a single day did I have to persuade my daughter to go to the centre. That I believe is testimony to the environment created by Pallavi and her team of educators, which is warm, supportive and fun. All activities, whether indoors or outdoors, were designed to spark curiosity and joy, making learning feel effortless and exciting.
In her two years there, Mehr didn’t just become a confident learner; I also watched her grow to be kind and thoughtful, a big part of which I attribute to her learning journey at TinkerLab.
What made a real difference was that learning was never about “we teach – you learn,” but about guiding children to discover and explore in their way. The educators themselves were deeply grounded in play-based learning. Rather than taking an authoritarian approach, they acted as guides and enablers—helping children ask questions, make choices, and follow their curiosity.
I also came to love the mixed-age classrooms. Younger kids picked up so much from the older ones, while the older ones naturally developed empathy and leadership. It was wonderful to see how this setting added to her growth.
Tinker Lab gave my daughter not just great memories but also the best possible start to her learning journey. I couldn’t have asked for more.
Our experience with Tinkerlab has been truly positive. The school provides a spacious and well-maintained environment where children feel comfortable and engaged. The teachers are exceptionally friendly, approachable, and nurturing, which made a big difference in helping my daughter look forward to school every day.
One aspect that really stood out for us was the level of organisation. Parents were never asked to arrange or send materials for activities — everything was thoughtfully prepared and managed by the school. .
Overall, the school offers a warm, structured, and child-centric atmosphere that balances play and learning beautifully. We are very satisfied with our daughter’s growth and happiness here and would highly recommend this playschool to other parents.
My granddaughter attended Tinker Lab by the Nurturant for nearly two years before joining a regular school.
She looked forward to going to the play-school every day and thrived in the loving and nurturing environment. The learning was fun filled and experiential with a happy mix of indoor and outdoor activities. The children were encouraged to enjoy learning and picking new skills at their own pace without any pressure.Overall it was a very happy and positive experience and a great preparatory ground for regular school. The educators are doing a commendable job in making the early learning activities meaningful and enjoyable.
From a parents perspective Tinkerlab(TL) is not a school it is a labour of love . Our son started going to TL last year, and I loved it from the first moment we saw it. The place looks serene, safe, calm and inviting. This combined with the founder and her teams’s passion made it a very viable choice.
The attention to each child is personalised , the updates that your receive make you connect with the happenings of the week , and the entire team brings their heart to TL , and the smiles on the children’s faces are a testament to that.
One year down the line and I cannot stop gushing about it. If there in one safe space for my son, apart from his mothers embrace – it is TL. He has blossomed into a beautiful person with empathy for people around him, concern for all creatures and a curiosity that shines in his eyes. His love for nature and books has grown manifold. He has learnt to express himself and is keenly aware of his emotions. TL allows him the space to be himself and that is where the school and its children truly shine.
Here’s a school that stands out for its warmth and creative play sessions. All the educators here are specialised in their specific subjects, so even a simple art activity is a well-thought out exercise (not your random Pinterest worksheet. Never!). This is why it’s unlike any other school.
My daughter was there for almost a year (morning batch) and now she is ready for her big school. I can’t begin to tell you how much she misses this place.
If you’re looking for a school that fosters creativity and independent thinking, this is it. It’s a beautiful set-up and a home away from home for the tiny tots. All thanks to Pallavi, the brainchild behind TinkerLab. 💙
TinkerLab is truly a family outside family. My child had a traumatic experience with the first play school, so she joined here with lots of unwillingness and caution, but from day one educators melted her heart and it became the place where she was heard and understood, her interests being supported, and her feelings being validated. The activities, play, communication are beautifully interlaced with children’s curiosity, I was always in awe hearing my child about the day spent. Everyone in TinkerLab touched our hearts, and when it was time to move to a bigger, formal school, we were literally crying. I wish our beloved TinkerLab growth and prosperity coz it is a truly special place, a hidden germ among loudly advertised but shallow inside places.
My 5-6 year old daughter went to Tinker for their after school program. And she and me absolutely loved the space, the child friendly vibes and the energy. I still recall my very first walk in to that place and i instantly connected to the space and Pallavi. Both as a mother and an educator.
I was in search of a space which was not your typical day care but an actual engagement opportunity along with learning in the afternoons. Which was perfect for my high energy and creative child. And i am always rested when she is there, since i know she is safe, cared for and creatively engaged.
I would recommend this place hands down, both for the very younger children in the mornings and the slightly older ones (5-7) as well, after school.
Tinker Lab has been a transformative experience for my child, who was born just before the onset of Covid-19 and lacked exposure to friends outside of home. Initially starting as a condominium school, Tinker Lab's evolution into a comprehensive educational institution has been remarkable. Their philosophy of experiential learning, emphasis on outdoor activities, and commitment to providing individual attention have played pivotal roles in nurturing my child's love for learning and fostering his confidence and independence. Tinker Lab has truly sculpted my child into a curious, eager learner, equipped with the skills and mindset for a bright future.
Tinker Labs is wonderful! We loved having our 18 month old daughter go to the school. It was amazing to see her so excited to go to school, every morning. In fact after we left Delhi, she continues to remember Neha and Pallavi ma’am. I loved seeing all the cool projects she would bring home from pottery to various art work. She also really enjoyed the outdoor and basement play areas available at the school, which is very rare. We looked forward to getting the detailed weekly updates, and daily pictures on the phone. I could not recommend the school more! It’s a great place to send your kid for early education.
Tinker Lab has been a blessing for our nearly 4 year old. Having moved countries and given the adjustment needed for our little one and trying out other schools, Tinker Lab has been our safe space. Pallavi and her team are extremely passionate in what they do which has clearly reflected in the development of our child. The team has always been accommodating to our child's needs without questions asked which is something we truly appreciate. The effort put in organising regular pottery classes, music, varied crafts etc. is commendable. When your child tells you that they want to go to school every weekend, you know you made the right choice. Thank you Tinker Lab!
Tinker Lab Nurturant lives up to its name by embodying true nurturing in its approach. My daughter eagerly participated in their after-school program, often anticipating it more than her preschool. Neha and Pallavi fostered such a safe and enjoyable environment for the children that I frequently turned to them to discuss my daughter's struggles, particularly with meltdowns and tantrums. The diverse mix of children across age groups in the after-school program was a big advantage as she not only learned quickly from older children but also felt a sense of responsibility towards the younger ones. It was the best decision for us to introduce our daughter to their after school program which kept her gainfully busy and engaged.
I have seen so many positive changes in my 2y/o ever since he has started going to Tinker Lab. He has learnt independent play , has become so empathetic. Understands logic and reasoning. Ofcourse , he has his meltdowns but that’s when the teachers at TL help us parents too. They are extremely responsive and guide you with whatever issue you go to them with. I’m very satisfied that my son is being nurtured by them. The child to student ratio is remarkable. Wish you all the success and growth. Hope you are able to help as many children as possible. The world needs more of you
Our experience at TinkerLab has been fantastic -- our daughter has loved attending. I have especially appreciated how they encouraged my child to explore her own interests and have provided room for her creativity to blossom through their self-directed learning and play-based learning philosophies. The facilities and opportunities given to the kids are wonderful bonuses (music, art, pottery, superb outdoor play areas and indoor gym, thoughtfully curated toys and play areas). The teachers give very personalised attention to each child, helping them grow holistically in intellectual, emotional, and social intelligence. I especially appreciated the end of the year summary notebook that the teacher's prepared, noting my child's individual achievements, areas of needed growth, pictures of special moments within school, etc. The care and intentionality they had put in for my child personally was really touching.
We have had a great experience at Tinker Lab as the first school of our 3 year old son. Pallavi and her team kare dedicated professionals who believe in child-led learning. The premises are clean, hygienic with a calm and soothing vibe- which are helpful in letting the children be their explorer- selves. The activities that engage the children give room for open-ended exploration, while meeting age- appropriate learning outcomes. I can see a wholesome social and emotional growth in our child, who is happy to meet his friends every day. Pallavi, along with the educators and the caretakers, are extremely responsive and approachable, which is important as parents to develop trust, especially when the child steps out of the home for the first time. Highly recommended.
My little one attended Tinker Labs and I can honestly say it is by far the best early education set up I've seen. What stands out for me is how child-led the center is. Pallavi, Neha, and the other facilitators really embody child-centric, play-based education. Creativity and innovation are encouraged and nurtured. The infrastructure is lovely, especially the opportunity for real-life farming! A beautiful set-up, really rare to find. Highly recommended.
