Update I've been going on and off to Tim Wood Healthcare for a couple of years with work related back pain. I've been treated by Alix for over a year now as and when needed. Alix is brilliant, I've been in today, and come away feeling so much better. The improvement is really noticeable. I would recommend to anyone Original review Went to the clinic in a lot of pain from a back injury. After seeing other reviews praising Lauren, at least one mentioning she was gentle, I booked an appointment. Last thing I felt I needed was someone cracking my back! The other reviews were spot on! She was gentle, professional, and caring. Managing to get the pain under control, and recommending some gentle exercises to do at home to help things along between sessions. Within a short space of time I was feeling much better. The clinic is very nice, clean and tidy, easy to find. Parking hasn't been an issue. Would highly recommend to anyone

My husband having treatment with Lucy regularly every week, she helped him releasing pain on his lower back and left leg due to nerve compression on his lower back. While my husband awating for his injection for pain. Lucy does helped him to ease the pain through treatment. She is professional everything she does and says. Great service.

Summary Lauren was professional, caring, gentle but thorough. I had never been to an osteopath until after enduring months with a painful neck. I chose Tim Wood healthcare due to the ease of booking and location. Here I met Lauren. I was greeted warmly by Lauren and she began putting me at ease, asking questions about my condition and then explaining what she would do to try to ease the discomfort. Lauren was very professional and personable. The treatment was performed very calmly and I did not feel rushed or to be a bother. Lauren offered advice on after care treatment and exercises. After my experience with Lauren I would not hesitate to return with any future issue. Thank you
