I visited this clinic via a recommendation, was seen by Alix, she was very friendly, explained what she was going to do, talked me through what she doing all the time, and discussed some further exercises to try, along with what the doctor had suggested. Would highly recommend.

Have seen Alix for a few months now after having suffered for many a year and she has been excellent, every treatment I feel better than when I went in and everything is explained in detail to give me complete confidence in the session. I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my day to day life since going and after many years of physio, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

I honestly can’t recommend Eliza enough. She is pure magic! From the moment you walk into her clinic, you feel listened to, understood, and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to really get to the root of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. I’ve gone to her with differing reasons for pain, and every single time she’s worked her magic and made it disappear. Not only does she relieve the pain, but she also explains what’s going on. I cancelled a 3rd appointment with 6 hours notice as I have a newborn baby (that the practice knew about) and a new job that meant my schedule was crazy. They still charged me a cancellation fee despite the receptionist telling me they are very lenient and will probably let me off. I wouldn't mind so much but the charge was taken 9 days later with no warning. Pretty poor, no communication. Treatment was ok but for obvious reasons won't be going back.

Update I've been going on and off to Tim Wood Healthcare for a couple of years with work related back pain. I've been treated by Alix for over a year now as and when needed. Alix is brilliant, I've been in today, and come away feeling so much better. The improvement is really noticeable. I would recommend to anyone Original review Went to the clinic in a lot of pain from a back injury. After seeing other reviews praising Lauren, at least one mentioning she was gentle, I booked an appointment. Last thing I felt I needed was someone cracking my back! The other reviews were spot on! She was gentle, professional, and caring. Managing to get the pain under control, and recommending some gentle exercises to do at home to help things along between sessions. Within a short space of time I was feeling much better. The clinic is very nice, clean and tidy, easy to find. Parking hasn't been an issue. Would highly recommend to anyone
