Overall: I love this program, was very easy to train my employees after using another program for at least 15 years. I have been so impressed. Pros: We started using Timetrakgo about a month ago. After trying several other timeclock programs, I was in love with the ease of use. It can be fancy, or as simple as you need. Customer Service is easily accessible for any help needed. Cons: The price of the programs are great. I wish there was not an extra administrative fee for the Plus program, but the cost is still very competitive and is worth the extra.
Best Software with very affordable pricing
Overall: Overall is good. we are using it from last 2 year almost and we did not get any issue which make us to think to change the software. Pros: This is very easy to go software, best part is customer support. you will get immediate responses literally. Cons: it has all information's but some time you have to rom around to find what you are looking at. this is the only negative point but will the best customer support you get what you are looking for

Overall: Overall the experience has made my job easier in being able to handle employees time for payroll and allowing them a simple log in and log out system to capture their time. Pros: Very user friendly for the employees to log in and out. All the administrator aspects are very easy to use for payroll. Cons: The only con I feel like is the employee can't see their previous days total time on their terminal.

Overall: I left another company for better customer service and easier platform, I found what I was looking for with TimeTrakGO. Our team has had zero difficulty with the transition from systems. I absolutely appreciate the facial recognition and so does our team. I can also create rules to make payroll so much easier. Pros: I appreciate the ease of use and when I call I get to speak with a person. I am extremely busy and your team is very responsive (also very pleasant) Cons: Nothing as of yet.... I had a short transition period going from one platform to another but your team was very helpful
TimeClock Simplicity
Overall: Solid bang for the buck, simple and easy to use. Holiday pay and vacation time tracking are a great feature as well. Pros: Simple web accessible tool. Works great for our needs in our environment people are not allowed to use smart phones so this was a perfect solution for us. Cons: I would like an additional calendar that doesn't track hours just shows where people are or what event they are attending. Because their hours are already tracked by a punch in.
Great Upgrade From Previous Version
Overall: Experience has been very positive. Upgrading from our previous version was a no-brainer. Very user friendly. Speed is great. Pros: I like not having physical time clocks and our employees can clock in and out on their phones from job site. No more I lost or forgot my key fob. Cons: Don't like that when their is an update to the phone app it doesn't tell you. The screen just goes white and employees panic. I wish the scheduling was more customizable by location and employee.

Overall: OVERALL EXPERIENCE IT HAS MADE PAYROLL REALLY EASY, I CAN ADD AND REMOVE EMPLOYEES VERY QUICK. Overall: Our experience with Time Trak Go has been wonderful and the lady on chat is so so helpful! Grateful to have found this resource. Pros: So easy to work with and have all the features we need as a small business. Love that it has accruals in the system for our team to see on-demand. Cons: I wish that you could specify a start time when requesting time off, but that is very minor in the grand scheme of things.

Overall: We reviewed several platforms before making our selection and getting rid of our old basic time clocks. Putting this simply, we made the right decision! Value for the cost is great and it has helped us cut down on the amount of time and paperwork we needed to keep track of. Pros: TimeTrakGO has been one of the best tools we have added to our daily operations. It's not just a time clock! It has helped us save so much time with other aspects related to payroll, PTO tracking, etc. It's user friendly, our employees have no problem using it and customer service/support does such a great job. Cons: I can't really say that I do not like a certain feature because it serves most of our needs. I know you are always providing updates to the platform/program and we plan on sticking around to see what all new features come with time.

Overall: Amazing and easy friendly. There’s always someone getting back to you immediately without wait times. Pros: The immediate responses when you have a question. Awesome program!
Overall: Wonderful! The customer service is top notch! Any questions I have had were immediately addressed, everyone is very friendly and helpful! Pros: It is very user friendly and has decreased payroll errors. I love that it keeps track of PTO time and we can even set up remote hours tracking. Cons: We set up remote working hours and track employees use of those hours. We are unable to use the go clock feature for remote hours, we can only submit a whole block of time, if I could change anything, I would ask to change this so we could clock in and out just like you can with regular hours.

Performs as advertised
Overall: TimeTrak performs as advertised. No issues with connection, service, etc. The fact that you can download on your phone is any extra convenience! Pros: I have never had a problem logging in or out. The set up is easy to navigate and understand. Access is never a problem. Cons: Not really anything I can think of that I don't like about it. Pretty simple, accurate, and easy to use!
Its a great step up from excel spreadsheets, but still could use some improvements
Overall: The service team is very responsive to my needs. They respond quickly and work hard to ensure I understand fully the answer to my questions. They respond via chat, email and over the phone. Most needs are met the same day. Pros: We love the ability to access via the phone app or website, no more spreadsheets and formulas. Being able to clock in and out removes the need to remember what time work began and ended each day. Cons: The report section for payroll and administrative review needs to be improved. More analytical options and easier to customize the reports to our specific needs. Staff do not like needing to hit "save" when entering time via the website, ability to autosave when changes are made would be super helpful

Overall a good software, could use some improvements though
Overall: So far it works well for my company since we do not have a large amount of employees and it's easy to review time and extract the hours for payroll. Pros: The ease of setting up users (employees) is good. Correcting time and viewing reports is relatively easy as well. Cons: The integration for QuickBooks is not as useful as advertised. Importing a file into QuickBooks desktop has never been very easy or intuitive, and TimeTrakGo does not have a Web Connector integration so it really defeats the expectations when it is promised to have an "integration" for QBD.

Good Product - Easy to Use
Overall: TimeTrakGO was easy to implement, and has given u better insight into when our employees are working. Pros: TimeTrakGo is easy for employees to use. We went from having no time tracking system to using TimeTrakGo with little to no training needed. The employees said it is simple to use. Cons: I wish it was easier to navigate the back end and there were mor options for how to assign time. A better way for the employees to change their requests, or the administrator to change the request without declining it and creating a new one. Also, a way to look at the time off calendar view without it showing the declined requests.

Helpful Review
Overall: I enjoy the software and it has made clocking in and out easier to manage for my team. The app works great on the ipad. Pros: Easy to use software that my team is able to use effectively. I was able to upload everyone that was needing to clock in. Cons: You can use your phone to show a picture of someone to clock in instead of being in person. That was not beneficial because anyone can clock in for someone else.

Overall: Overall, positive experience with TimeTrakGO. Extremely helpful and timely client support services. The program offered security features and ease of use. Pros: Set up TimeTrakGO for a client for time and PTO tracking. Liked that the product was efficient and easy to navigate. Employees liked the convenience of the mobile App. Cons: None that comes to mind as there were no concerns or major issues. The implementation was smooth as well.

Overall: For the price it's a good product and reliable. I will continue to use it going forward. Thank you [sensitive content hidden] Pros: I'm old school I use to have to add the hours up. I love you g=have a total for me and a break down Cons: The vacation hour tab did not work for me. I wanted the employees to see what was use so they did not have to ask. I also could not get it to work well for me the first payroll had hour used from the prior year and it would not revert that time back for me. I want out of that program its just easier for me to keep track.
