I have 2 Skagen watches and Times Ticking is the only company I let work on them. They do a great job and are always very customer service oriented. I have a unique rose gold narrow metal wristband on my watch and they are the only ones who were able to find a replacement when I needed it. They are the vest!!

I was fortunate to find Times Ticking when researching watch repair companies. I decided to go with them after I read a bunch of great reviews on their company.
My watch was the first gift that my new bride at the time had gotten me and as you can imagine I was pretty upset when I had to stop wearing it due to it needing a repair.
I took the watch to a local jeweler and unfortunately they told me they couldn't make the necessary repairs so I placed it back into my safe for about a year before doing a deep dive on the Internet to find a reputable company that would be willing to take on the task.
Times Ticking made it a very easy process to get my watch shipped to them and they even covered the shipping costs and they also insured it while it was being shipped.
This wasn't easy sending one of my prize possessions through the mail but Times Ticking was the company I ended up going with and they way everything was explained pute at ease.
The turn around time on the repair was also explained as well so I knew exactly what to expect.
When my watch had arrived after the repair I opened up the packaging and was extremely pleased at the way they prepared my watch for shipping it back to me.
As I had already mentioned this is one of my prize possessions and the level of care that was taken is something you don't see that often these days.
I would like to thank everyone at Times Ticking for helping me out with this as it's really been such a wonderful experience.

I have sent a couple of watches to Times Ticking and have always been completely satisfied. The call me with the cost before proceeding, I approve, and they complete the work in a very timely fashion. I have a Tommy Bahama watch that jewelers near me don’t want to replace the battery. I discovered Times Ticking and my problem was solved.

I was gifted this Bulova clock in 1994, and over the years it saw some wear and tear and was no longer working properly. Now, 31 years later, it's showroom new and working like a charm. Times Ticking did a fantastic job restoring it and getting it back to me.

Excellent watch repair shop. Website provides paperwork for mailing to the shop for inspection and recommendations. Full report of findings, recommended restoration services and estimates given by phone call prior to starting work. Restoration and repairs performed expertly including 500 meters water pressure testing/certification (in my particular repair). Would highly recommend this watch repair shop for all your watch repair needs. My watch returned to original newly purchased performance. Thank you

I sent my Raymond Weil watch to have a battery replaced and asked to have the band clasp looked at because it would open too often. They went the extra mile and ordered a new clasp from the manufacturer. My watch arrive in excellent condition and the packaging was 5 star. I would use Times Ticking again with total trust that my watch will be tenderly taken care of.

Highly recommend TImes Ticking. I took my watch all over to get the leather band repaired; Nobody could do it. Time Ticking replaced the band with a brand new factory leather band, AND made mechanical adjustments I was unaware of. Communication was great, they called me multiple times during my watch repair to update me on the progress. Even though the repair took a lot longer than expected, they continued their communication with me. The finished product was beyond expectations!
