Timberry had excellent service - first, when I bought a console that was on discount, but found out when I went home that it wouldn't fit the row of plugs, they allowed me to swap it for something of equivalent or higher value before delivery happened. They didn't have to do that, but they were service-oriented from start to finish, including being as specific as possible about delivery timings and trying their best to update when their delivery driver was late. Later, when I wasn't sure about whether the leaning shelf that I bought was safely arranged, they took photos of the one at their showroom and responded promptly to my queries. All this, in addition to the pieces actually being good quality and also at a more reasonable price than those similar or same designs in Tan Boon Liat. I would definitely come back to Timberry.

We had a few chairs and a dining bench made by Timberry. The quality of the items were great, and definitely worth the wait. We went with Timberry because of the specific dining chair design they had, which we could not find anywhere else. Thanks for the great experience!

Went to Timberry for a customised cabinet and ended up ordering 4 new pieces of furniture. No hard-sell, just great pieces that speak for themselves. Their workmanship is superb. The cabinet doors are pefectly aligned and no rough edges anywhere. The rattan weave is tight and properly aligned too. Turnaround for the customised pieces was really quick too at just under 2 months. Thinking about my next piece!
