David and his crew installed a dehumidifier in our underground garage. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They worked around our schedule, completed all paperwork for us, and gave me a walkthrough of the unit once I returned from out of state. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Tiger C Construction and David to everyone!!!

I received about 5 different quotes for my crawl space. Every company had a different strategy and the prices were all relatively similar but the one thing that stood out about Tiger C Construction was communication. I sent an email requesting an appointment and in a matter of minutes I received a email back and we had an appointment setup for later the same week.
When Colin arrived at the exact time that was scheduled for the inspection he didn’t spend 20 mins trying to upsell me on everything. He gave me his honest feedback on what he would do which was a different strategy than the 15k quotes that included full encapsulation, new crawl space door, upcharged dehumidifier, etc. Colin took the time to answer all of my questions and said he’d send a quote on Monday morning. Sure enough, the quote was in my inbox on Monday morning.
For me all the other companies I got quotes from didn’t do the simple things that makes me want to work with them: being honest and following through on what they said.
Now for the work! Everything was completed in the two days that were scheduled. They showed up at the exact time they said they would and everything looks great.
Would def recommend to anyone. They do all the little things right like showing up on time, being honest, and clear communication.

Tiger C did a great job for us! We had our crawlspace fully encapsulated, and some porch foundation work done. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly and resolved. The work was complete in a timely fashion and we would definitely use Tiger C again if needed. We highly recomend them!

I have a ca. 1943 Cinderblock stucco Cape Cod with a finished basement. While the structure wasn’t leaking water, the block was allowing for moisture transopireation thru the block. Tiger C applied a liner and additional insulation to the exterior walls and gutter drainage lines nice work indeed.

I got quotes from nearly every crawlspace company in the area, all of them had different ideas. However, I had the most confidence in Candido as his expertise and experience were obvious. They gave me a reasonable price compared to others. Also, they broke the job up into a three step process and worked out various options for each step to help me stay in budget. The team showed up exactly on time and the office stayed in contact through every step of the permitting process. Tiger delivered in every department in my opinion!

Use a local company like this. Don’t use a large franchised business that dumps money into marketing and tries to sell you overpriced services you don’t need. I had a bad moisture problem in my small crawlspace. I asked them to come and take a look. I expected that I probably needed to have my vents closed and a dehumidifier installed. I wasn’t sure if I needed a drainage system, but I did not think so. Without giving too much information, They essentially recommended the same thing and did not think I needed a sump pump or drainage system. They brought a high-end dehumidifier with them that day, But they told me that I would only need a relatively small one that I could order myself and they told me how I could fix the problem myself. They also gave me a reasonable price for them to do the job but did not press the sale. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors since owning an own and I really appreciate honest businesses like this.

We had a water leak in our kitchen that damaged the main beam under our house. Tiger Construction did a great job fixing it and they were able to come before the estimated date they gave us. Highly recommend.

My experience working with this company was great. I am a first time home buyer and the inspection turned up several issues with the foundation. When it came to repairs, they were fairly priced and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. Communication was easy and while the permitting process did take time, they made sure to let me know what was happening each at each step. I would absolutely use them again if I needed it, and strongly recommend this company for anyone looking for fair and affordable foundation work.

I would 100% recommend Tiger Construction, they completed a French drain at our home and did an excellent job. The workers were knowledgeable, friendly, and left our yard looking great everything was cleaned up and organized we couldn't be happier with their work and if needed in the future would use them again.
