I had a very disappointing experience here and, unfortunately, it was the worst customer service I’ve encountered. After speaking highly of this place to my friend, we decided to visit together. Since it was a sunny day and all the doors were open, we politely asked if we could sit outside. We were abruptly told no, without any explanation. What made the situation more frustrating was the attitude of the server. He was noticeably grumpy and dismissive toward us, yet seemed very accommodating and friendly to the other two guests in the restaurant. The contrast in treatment felt unfair and unwelcoming. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning.
