Nicole was so compassionate and supportive, while at the same time encouraging to move through the process in a productive way that made sense to me. Her brilliant storage and folding techniques remain with me now. Oh and if you have a lot of things to donate, take her up on her pick up and donation options! On the day of the organization she introduced me to her tactics that made the organization easy and less intimidating. She knows what can be recycled, donated, or brought to specific waste centers. Nicole organized donations into categories, brought them to donation centers with causes that I cared about, and sent pictures of the donations and receipts.
