I called this company to get a quote for a fence in my neighborhood as I am part of the HOA Board. We had a time scheduled for this morning at 9am. No one showed up at 9 so I called the company and no one picked up. I waited 20 more minutes to call again and then got someone on the phone. They sounded confused about our appointment time and stammered through the beginning of an excuse before I just told the to cancel the appointment and take us off of their contact list. I moved my schedule with family to make this work and I didn’t even get a call to let me know that they didn’t have anyone on their way. I hope they learn and get better from this. Awful customer service.
