I’d like to say that we received the items in good condition. The delivery was very quick, and the packaging was secure. The customer service team was very attentive, and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Today, we unpacked the order and saw the two beautiful green marble wash basins. At first, I thought they didn’t look the same, but once I placed them side by side, I could see that they have an identical pattern. This is why you're accusing us of being a seller of bad faith. You were offered a return, but you refused. Did you want a refund and keep the sink?
