A very professional service.

I recently had a replacement smoke alarm installed and was very pleased with the service. I was able to get a next-day appointment, and Aaron was quick and diligent in completing the job. I also appreciated the extra care taken to wear boot covers in case of any mess from a previous job. Highly recommend!

The most responsive, fairly priced electrician services I have come across in London so far and I have worked with a few. I needed a rush job of lights installed; they worked with me overtime finding the correct lights so that I could have them on time. They follow up, their team is kind, patient and easy to work with, and the quality is high. Very impressed

Problem with electric gate. The THS electricians, Josh and Harrison, tracked it down. Nothing to do with the gate. A safety cut-off on another apparatus on the same circuit. Fixed it, tidied up and left. Pretty impressive. Everything works now.

Sudden electrical outage in my kitchen around 8pm. Called THS. The chap answered immediately and then talked me through step by step how to resolve the problem myself. Hugely grateful. 5 🌟 star service. Thanks !!

They charged me over £500 to come and fix a boiler fault. They originally quoted £180 but then another man joined him so I was charged because two men were on the job. Then charged for a part. A week later boiler fault has not been fixed. And thermostat has been ripped off the wall and I’m not sure where it is. Nothing has been fixed I just have a massive bill and no one reply to my emails or complaints. I would not use this company

We couldn’t rate THS Electrical Services more highly. They are exceptionally professional, thorough and work strictly (&importantly) to BS 7671. We needed an EICR, which revealed some flawed works. THS guided us through the issues step by step and found a way to fix the problems - without needing to tear apart our home. Excellent experience with THS Electrical. Something in the kitchen kept on tripping a fuse in the fuse box. The problem was quickly identified and corrected. Electrics of the kitchen was up and running in no time. The electricians (Dan and Harrison) were very professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended.
