This class was so much more than I expected. It will take some time to internalize the practices Supriya taught us. I so appreciate the real sense of sangha that Three Jewels creates in its courses.
I had a great experience. The one class I took was a mix of mediation and vinyasa. The studio felt nice and welcoming. The instructor was kind and seems very intuitive. My favourite part was the hands on adjustments made by the instructor and her assistant.
I've been coming to Three Jewels on and off for over six years, during which I've metamorphosed countless times, and still: there it is, waiting for me, a place where I can count on enlightenment, kindness, a great matcha, and some cardio. I am so happy this sanctuary exists in NYC, and grateful to my teachers here.

I love coming to yoga here, especially chakra yoga. I use ClassPass because I live in Jersey but do most of my classes in the city. The instructor’s are amazing, the cafe is great. Definitely recommend!
Joyful, then a little scary, then really powerful. Instructor Kaylin is a rare gem, when they lean in - your practice will strengthen 🪔 can’t wait to see them again!
Three Jewels NYC is a warm, loving atmosphere. I've taken dozens of meditation classes, and one of their multi-week course remotely. Highly recommend! 3J makes my life better.

Nicole is amazing! I LOVE! On this day she suggested trying no music for this Ashtanga sequence, but rather invited us to listen to the breath. It was cool to try something different and move to the rhythm of my breath supported by the breath in the room. Nicole set the tone with this gentle suggestion and her brief, concise talk that gave space for setting an intention and dedicating our practice. Her timing and pacing was on point, allowing for the full sequence and a juicy svasana at the end. She cued us well and gave very helpful hands-on assists. Her joyful spirit is infectious. I felt clear, focused and so open by end of class. The people in the class had a full range of experience, most of us on the less experienced side so available to everyone. It was a beautiful way to start the morning. There are lots of classes at this studio all with amazing teachers and a range of styles. I've never taken one I didn't like.
I travel all the way from Barcelona (Spain) to take classes at Three Jewels. It's very very rare to find a place that brings together meditation, yoga, philosophy, and community so beautifully and powerfully. If you live in NYC, JUST GO! If I lived there, I would go every single day.
