No hard sell, brilliant service, Charlie and Luke are amazing An amazing company. No hard sell, very responsive to enquiries via email. Charlie was amazing to ensure everything went smoothly, within 3 days, Luke visited our property to ensure recommendation was suitable. Arrived on time, was very thorough, everything was explained, and within 4 working days Luke visited to fit the stairlift. He was brilliant very friendly, respectful of property, arrived on time. Once the stairlift was fitted discussed safety aspect of the lift, safety while using, how to use, and warranty. I am highly satisfied with this company from start to finish, highly recommend.

Fantastic service Great advice on what is best to go with. Put us in touch with someone who came to remove and give some money for the old stairlift, communicated loads on WhatsApp sending pictures of options and suitability. And super polite and friendly. From first communicating to getting the old stairlift removed and the new one in was less than two week. Superb

Charlie and Luke are very helpful and managed to install a straight up and down stair lift where other companies were saying that we needed a much more expensive Iift with curves. They were up front with prices from the start unlike some other companies and got the job done quickly when we decided to go ahead. I would definitely recommend this company.

STAIRLIFT REMOVAL Luke arrived promptly and did an excellent job removing a stairlift from my parents' property. The price quoted was very competitive and he did a very good job removing the stair lift and taking it away as detailed in the company email. I would definitely recommend using Think Stairlifts. We needed a stairlift fitted urgently so that a family member could return home from respite care. I contacted this company on New Years day, Luke measured up the following day and Jake fitted it a week later. Charlie, Luke and Jake were so professional to deal with and all went so smoothly. I would rather deal with a family business as you get that personal touch from people who care. Along with a very good price and after service I am so pleased I did not look elsewhere and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
