The Bordner technician arrived on time, provided a thorough inspection along with sealing all vent pipes and chimneys.
The report noted that my 12 year old roof is in great shape and needed only minor maintenance, that he provided during the same visit. A very refreshing experience versus the non-scheduled solicitations from roaming roofing companies who only want to recommend filing a claim for roof replacement.
Asked Bordner to do a roof inspection as it’s been a couple of years since I’ve had anyone look at it. They noted that the chimney cap was falling apart and at risk for causing leaking. I got up on the roof and confirmed the problem. They fixed it up as scheduled and provided photos to confirm the repair. Overall it went very well. I would use them again.
Updated Review: Bordner fully installed our windows (12) and we couldn't be happier. The quality of our new windows is top knotch. There was a small issue with the installation, but Bordner made it right. All of the employees we encountered were knowledgeable, professional and caring. I highly recommend Bordner!
Original Review: Two days ago we signed the contract to have our windows replaced by Bordner. I couldn't be happier or more excited. The Design Consultant, Andrew C., is knowledgeable, patient, respectful and most importantly wasn't pushy. We had two other companies come out to give us bids as well, and Bordner was the clear winner.

I definitely recommend Bordner to be your first call for home repair needs. My neighbor was having some work done on her roof and I ended up chatting with the dude she worked with, she had highly recommended Mic. He did a free inspection of my roof (only about 7 years old). He said we really only needed some caulking for some small gaps which he took care of for us on the spot! We will be replacing windows in the spring. We will for sure be calling Mic and going with Bordner for that project.

Consult for bath remodel with Jordan Johnson. Very personable, and helpful. Spent afternoon with us and patiently guided us through the decisions we needed to make. I have used Bordners to repair both my old and new house. They replaced the roof on my old house. I have used their services for over 20 years. The company has the best people and products. They reps are extremely knowledgeable and their work is excellent. If you need remodeling or roof repairs or replacement this is the company to call.
