I'm truly shocked to see some of these 1 star reviews. My experience has been the complete and total opposite. After having no choice but Comcast for high speed internet in Cecil County MD since high speed was a thing, I was downright gleeful to see my neighborhood being zoned for fiber. When I signed up- all I had to do was provide a credit card and wait. My install was on 11/10, and my technician was Nick. Nick was absolutely fantastic. He took his time, and made sure it was a neat and tidy job. I am consistently getting gig speeds and the connection has been rock solid. I also want to point out that the eero mesh system and the Calix ethernet box, not to mention laying the cable and burying it were FREE. No more modem rental fees, no hidden taxes, etc. Just straight $85/mo for exceptional speed and stability. I have about 63 devices on my wifi network and nary an issue with any of them. This has been the best decision! Goodbye, Comcast! Good riddance.

Ive seen some better work then this. Everything was installed but ut looks really unprofessional. There's a box sitting on floor in my Livingroom, wires exposed . The upstairs box is sitting on the floor also.
