Excellent customer service and communication. There was a small issue which was quickly rectified without fuss which is the sign of a great company. Highly recommend.

Simply superb from start to finish, Tim and Martin are true professionals, great workmanship, friendly, tidy, and knowledgeable. The whole process from ordering to fitting is seamless and the look is fantastic. This is the third time we’ve used The Window Shutter Company as we had the front of the house done, loved them so much we had them back for the rear of the house and then finally a roof extension. Everything about the shutters, Tim and his team are spot on. Highly recommended as I’ve done with friends and they themselves have recommended them. Thank you once again.

Excellent company The service was excellent from the start when we enquired about the shutters to the end when Tim fitted them. They were very punctual in replying to emails and also keeping us up to date with the order and fitting date. Very professional and friendly and took all the rubbish away with them and tidied up after work was completed. Would definitely recommend them.

Highly professional from the outset, provided realistic timescales and competitive pricing, and installed a really lovely set of shutters over the course of a day - they were respectful and polite and did a great job! We're very happy, and liked the shutters so much that we got them back to fit more through the rest of the house. They've been great for controlling temperature and look really neat. They even came back to replace one of the panels that had been damaged in transit, free of charge and no hassle. Highly recommended!

The best in Sussex From start to finish - exceptional service. We have used Tim and Liz for all our shutters over several different houses. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Friendly, prompt, super tidy and kept us frequently updated on delivery times. And of course, look fantastic.
