I contacted The Will Partnership regarding Power of Attorney and initially spoke with Paul Newman over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. We arranged a home visit, so he came to my mum’s house and met me there. He arrived promptly and was very friendly. While I made us a coffee, he gently assessed my mum’s capacity and again made her feel completely comfortable. The whole process was smooth and straightforward—unlike my earlier attempt to complete the Power of Attorney myself through the government website, where I found the paperwork difficult to understand. It quickly became clear that bringing in a professional was the right decision. Paul was incredibly kind and patient, explaining everything in a clear and simple way. By the time he left, I felt a huge weight had been lifted. I would thoroughly recommend The Will Partnership, and especially Paul, for his outstanding service. P.S. They also offer will-writing services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Paul helped my parents to create powers of attorney and wills. He talked them through all the options and made a complicated process very simple to understand. He visited their house and took great care to explain everything and help them make the right decisions. I would highly recommend Paul and will most certainly be using Paul moving forward
