Gretchen was knowledgeable and led the session with love. I did the QHHT session, which is 5 hours 1-on-1. The time flew. She got to know me, we traveled through time and space where I got see some past lives and speak through my higher self, and she taught me skills, like grounding, clearing, and protecting my spirit. Gretchen is incredible! She helped me see things in myself that were always there that I doubted and talked myself out of. The conversation flowed… 5 and a half hours straight and felt like 30 minutes. She was so generous with her time so that I got what I needed from our session. I got the closure that I needed in many ways and walked away feeling so much lighter. I will definitely be back for another eye opening session. I booked a 1 hr virtual hypnosis session with Gretchen a week ago due to severe depression, anxiety, and persistent/racing negative thoughts. Currently, I am out of work on disability due to mental health issues. I was having daily anxiety/panic attacks, multiple times a day actually. I was at my lowest low, looking for something to actually help (meds, therapy, etc weren't doing it). I was skeptical, to say the least. I've never done anything like this before. But all I can say is wow. I've had only 1 anxiety/panic attack since our session (6 days ago). My mind is calmer and I feel like I'm in a better place, not perfect, but better.
Within the first 5 minutes of talking with Gretchen, she knew something about me that I've only told maybe 5 people in my entire life which blew my mind. Our session went over the 1hr mark and she didn't even ask for additional payment or cut us off, which I truly appreciated since I'm not working. After our session, she sent me follow up emails as she promised she would. Even went out of her way to record a video for me. 10/10 would recommend and do again, if I need to. Thank you Gretchen, sincerely, thank you so much for the calm you've brought me.
