Their booking process was simple, the Castle was one of the best I've seen in terms of quality, and Andrew who installed it was so lovely to deal with. Communication with Mohammed was instant, and my client and their guests absolutely loved the Castle. Fantastic service and I'd highly recommend / will use again with future clients!
Just this week we hired the services of The White Castle and I am amazed by how excellent this company is. We were having trouble finding a bouncy castle that would deliver to our location or having available castles for us on our fairly short notice. We had tried a whole bunch of places before here and were all out of luck, but after contacting them they were very easy to communicate with and they were happy to deliver it even though it was far!
They arrived on time, set it up nice and efficiently and were very professional. To top it off, we were expecting a crazy price for the inconvenience but they were very affordable!
And the castle itself was just gorgeous, everyone complimented it and the kids enjoyed it thoroughly. All the parents wanted to know where we had gotten it from!
I 100% recommend this service and will be using it again when the opportunity arises.
