Fran was incredibly helpful and straightforward in the guidance she provided. She was able to answer all the questions I had within the first 15 minutes of our meetings and then was able to add further insight and answered a number of questions I didn't even know I had. She was forthcoming in their payment structure and provided me with the means and most of the understanding I would require to complete my personal immigration process myself, if I chose to do that. All in an hour long meeting!

I came into Canada from the US as a visitor to care of my very elderly in-laws living in Calgary. My stay needed to be extended beyond my allotted 6 months. I knew the process for requesting an extension by the government, but didn't want move on it fearing I could make an unknown error that could prevent the extension. I turned to The Way Immigration and they easily guided me to collect the necessary docs (a few I would not have included) and they would take it from there. The cost was a non issue, considering the time it would take for me to do it myself plus having professional guidance made the decision to work with them a very practical decision. I found The Way, searching through multiple agencies and law firms, many wanted $400 an hour or more...far outside our budget.
We were introduced to Gina from The Way and everything was presented to us in both Spanish and English, in a straightforward manner. The pricing was amazing and saved us huge.
Gina and her associates helped us every step of the way, we're able and available to answer all our questions and went through everything in an easy to understand format. Our applications were submitted quickly and my wife and daughter had their Permanent Resident statuses without any hiccups a short time later.

My partner and I used The Way for our PR sponsorship application, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Sponsorship applications come with a mountain of forms, documentation requirements, and fine print, and it was easy to feel overwhelmed before we even began. We knew we wanted experts in our corner who could guide us through the process and give us the best possible chance of success.
Fran and Gina were exactly that. They walked us through every step clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and helped us understand exactly what was needed and why. They helped us build the strongest possible case for our application and it worked; we were successful, and we genuinely don't think we could have navigated it as smoothly without them.
We can't thank Fran and Gina enough for their expertise and support throughout the process. We'll absolutely be turning to The Way again when we apply for citizenship in a few years, and we'd recommend them without hesitation to anyone facing a similar application.
I had a very disappointing consultation with Param Singh regarding my Post-Graduation Work Permit and questions about my study and work situation.
During the consultation, I was told that international students can only work 20 hours per week, even though the current off-campus work limit is 24 hours per week. This immediately made me question the accuracy of the immigration advice I was receiving.
I also felt that my concerns were not properly addressed. Most of the response I received was simply that I was āall goodā and should just apply, without any clear explanation of my specific situation or the questions I had.
The consultation was supposed to be around 30 minutes, but he joined late and the meeting ended after only about four minutes. I expected a much more professional, detailed, and knowledgeable consultation, especially when dealing with something as important as immigration and a work permit.
Overall, I was not satisfied with the service and did not feel that my questions were taken seriously.

We were recently successful in securing a PR visa for my partner from the Philippines, under the Family class of visa with a Conjugal Sponsorship. Fran and her Team from The Way made it all possible, and we were most impressed with the overall experience, which was seamless and problem free. We certainly appreciated their expertise, efficiency, and excellent customer service. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and competent in advising us, and processing the necessary documentation. They have a 100% success rate and itās not hard to see why. We had previously used another consultant for a visitorās visa and were considering submitting the application ourselves, however Iām very pleased that we used The Way instead. The process was swift and well worth the fee. The whole process was successfully completed in 9 months, and only took that long because my partnerās medical was deferred for 3 months.
