We used The Way Immigration to support my partner's PR application. Although our situation was straight forward as my partner is a US citizen, the paperwork and effort required to complete the PR process always seemed too daunting so we had been dragging our feet on the topic. Fran, Gina, and the entire team gave us confidence that the process wasn't as daunting as we were imagining in our minds, and also gave us guidance as to the best option for the PR application for our situation. During our initial consultation with Fran, she mentioned the goal was to essentially "submit and forget" the PR application, and the team would ensure our application would be submitted correctly the first time to eliminate any back and forth the IRCC, and this is exactly what happened. Gina worked closely with us to get our documentation ready to submit, and once it was submitted we did not have to answer any follow-up questions from the IRCC and just followed the required steps as requested (e.g. medical exam, biometrics, etc.). The entire team was communicative throughout, the entire process was straight forward and painless, and the PR application was approved on a faster timeline than expected. We greatly appreciate The Way Immigration for their push and support throughout the entire process, and would highly recommend them for any immigration related needs!
