You haven't truly lived until you experience ice cold water in your nice hot shower! Time to call The Water Heater Company! From the initial call to the completed service, the experience (minus the cold water) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Marc arrived right on time. He even took the time to put shoe covers on because we have a light carpet. He explained every detail and completed the service thoroughly. We have had this electric water heater for 12 years now, which is far longer that expected. We can attribute the longevity to regular maintenance provided by this company! Thank you!

We had a problem with our water heater installed in 2023. They were able to come out on the day I called and charged us only for labor and parts. The technician was very professional and answered all my questions. So far so good.
A local plumber had installed and maintained our Noritz tankless water heater with subpar workmanship. Daniel easily diagnosed the situation, gave three options to repair and correct installation errors with accurate quotes and was able to clearly explain all three, making the decision a slam dunk. We are grateful and appreciative of his competency and hard work.
This company and specifically Derrick K. were perfect to hire and work with.

Two days before my scheduled maintenance appointment, I received a call that the technician was able to come if it worked for me. It did and he arrived 1/2 an hour later, exactly when he said he would.
He was friendly and professional and kept me informed about what he was doing andy any recommendations he had for keeping our water heater in the best condition possible.
At the end of the appointment, I received a copy of the paid invoice, and documents containing pictures of our water heater descriptions of everything that was checked and a few things that may need to be evaluated by a plumber.
A wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

I had received an error message on one of my Noritz water heaters. Other service companies tried to scare me into thousands of dollars worth of service, or were pushy and not considerate of my time.
When I called The Water Heater Company, I spoke with someone immediately and he listened to my issue and then explained clearly what they would recommend.
Their price was competitive, and they were able to get service done quickly. They serviced both of my tankless water heaters, and repaired one motor that was working over 100%.
Shawn came on time, was courteous of the property and communicated to let me know where he was in the process and what to expect.
Will definitely use again!
