Professional and personable. Two words that describe Alex, The Watch Professional. I was nervous about sending my watch via the post but Alex talked me through it and even explained how it would be returned before he even set eyes on my watch making the experience reassuring as daunting as it was. When you eventually pluck up the courage to send your preciouse time piece, rest assured all you need is patience. Alex serviced my watch as he said he would and then some, explaining the service schedule, my watch came back exceeding all of my expectations showing that his expertise and workmanship is second to none . If he needs to contact you he will especially if it's necessary for the ongoing service to continue positively. Please take the experience he offers, hold it and then run with it, you will not be sorry. I cannot recommend Alex enough and will only let this man service, repair and look after my watches in the future. I delayed posting my reviews until a few weeks after my watch was returned, as I wanted to give it a thorough test. It's been over three weeks now and my 63 year old Omega has kept perfect, and I do mean perfect, time over that period. It's very rare for an old watch to function this well. Alex obviously took considerable care to get everything right, and I'm very pleased with the result.
One of my watches - a 20 year old Seamaster - had been losing time, and it looked like an expensive and lengthy trip to Omega was on the.cards. I took a chance on Alex, however, and it was one of my better decisions. Great communication, a quick turnaround and a very reasonable bill later, my old Bond watch is now running perfectly. Believe the reviews; you can trust Alex totally to make your timepiece as good as new. I’ll be sending him my 30 year old Speedmaster next and I know he’ll do an amazing job.

The last time I had my Omega serviced via an authorised Omega dealer, my watch was away for twelve weeks and I didn’t hear a thing about what was happening. And the service was extremely expensive. This time, I sent my Omega and Breitling to the Watch Professional and my watches were away for about four weeks. I was kept informed about what was going on and the watches are now back with me, keeping perfect time, which is what we all want from a watch. The prices of the services were very reasonable when I compare with the quotes from the authorised dealers. I will now always go to the Watch Professional for anything I need for my watches.
