I have been wearing my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean every day since I purchased it in 2008. Only times it hasn't been worn is when it has gone in for a service by Omega (2x). When its service was due this time, based on a recommendation from a trusted source, I decided to explore getting it done by The Watch Professional. The quote was very reasonable, especially compared to Omega, so I decided to take the plunge. One of the best decisions I have made as I am so pleased with the results. Unlike when I have used Omega themselves, my watch has been returned to me in "as new" condition and is keeping good time again. It really does look like I purchased it yesterday and not 17 years ago. Alex really does a superb job and I'll certainly be sending my watch to him from now on. Highly recommended!

I recently had two Oris watches serviced by The Watch Professional, and the entire experience was exceptionally positive. In fact, it was noticeably better than using the official service centre. The key difference was being able to communicate directly with the experienced watchmaker working on my watches — something that simply isn’t possible with the official centre, where your watch may even be assigned to a junior watchmaker without your knowledge.
Alex at The Watch Professional was incredibly responsive to all my questions throughout the process. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring. The watches were fully insured while in transit, which gave me complete peace of mind.
The servicing itself was priced very fairly, especially considering the level of expertise involved. I also appreciated the opportunity to ask Alex detailed questions about my watch movements and to gain insight from a true professional about how these movements sit within the broader world of mechanical watchmaking.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and will most definitely be using The Watch Professional again for all future servicing and repair needs. Highly recommended.

The Watch Professional provided exceptional care for my Tag Aquaracer. As a 50th birthday gift, this watch holds significant sentimental value for me.
I was kept informed about the servicing process and provided with photographs of the movements being serviced. The communication was exceptional.
It was reassuring to know that my watch was in capable hands and that I had documentation of its service.
I followed the Instagram account for several years before making my decision, and receiving my watch back knowing it had received the utmost care makes wearing it again more special.

Provided a quote for a new crown for a fraction of the cost of Breitling, collected back and over the moon - the watch has been fully pressure tested and looks like new. Even carried out some adjustments to my Rolex FOC. I wouldn't take my watches anywhere else in the future - Highly recommended.
I wanted to give my late grandfathers Omega watch to my son for his 21st birthday. It had great sentimental value but was not in the best condition. I contacted Alex and from start to finish have been very impressed with the clarity and responsiveness of communication.
