The Skip driver was very polite and humble. The agency delivered the Skip at the scheduled time and picked it up on time as well in Dorchester. I would recommend that others use The Waste Group services in the future.
Turned up when said and collected when stated. Very helpful putting sheet down on drive for me and folding afterwards. 75 year old mobility not good. The chap was cheerful helpful and prompt.

First-class service. The quote was prompt and reasonable, and the skip was delivered and collected very promptly. The skip itself was fairly new and smart looking. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The only potential downside is a tight deadline on how long the skip would be left.

Booked a skip online guided by the examples/photos on the site. I made an error with the day so phoned the office. A very helpful lady (Kirsty) changed the dates. The delivery was smoooth and the driver/technician was very informative and was able to put the skip exactly wherre it was needed. He gave loads of advice and was so helpful that I phoned the office to give him a "thankyou".
