In Dallas for a vacation, and after a week with kids, we ran out of clean clothes, I searched laundromats and picked this one for the reviews, well, first thing first it was an easy task, I've never used a laundromat in my life before, this was as easy as 1 2 3, buy the card for a $1.00 then load it with as much as you want, washers are clean and well maintained, they come in 4 different sizes based on how much clothes you have, prices are different per load but the difference is negligible,
80lbs is $9.75, 60lbs is $7:75, 45lbs is $6.00 and the 18lbs is $3.75.

My family and I were moving from Cali to North Carolina and spent 2 days in Dallas. Needed to do laundry coz the hotel did not have it.
Can't remember the last time we had to use a laundry mat but this place is the most advanced I've ever seen compared to circa 90s early 2000s quarters machines.
Great service from Dave! He is very genuine gentleman, professional, passionate, and engaging! He'll walk you thru every step. Always willing to help. They even have drop off laundry and pick up services and they are meteciulously folded. Great facility, always helpful, and very efficient system that is managed here.
Definitely recommend this laundry mat! Keep up the outstanding work!

I’ve been coming here for about a month now, and I absolutely love this place! I was looking for a new laundromat that was affordable and clean, and this one checks all the boxes. The attendants are always so friendly, the place is spotless, and my clothes come out fresh and clean every time — not like the other laundromat I used to go to on Spring Valley. If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAUNDROMAT.

Love this place, and will keep coming back, however, the trash cans are too thin for what people are throwing in them, the employee on duty had a very difficult time emptying as it was too stuffed and i felt the need to help her, wider trash cans would help.

Our washing machine packed up, so I took our clothes here. They came back cleaner and fresher than ever.
The place is spotless, brand new, and the staff genuinely care. Laney and her crew deserve a big shout-out. We’ll definitely be regulars.

A 5-star experience at The Wash! This place in Richardson, is simply amazing. The place was spotless, and the washers and dryers work incredibly fast. Raul was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the app and showing me how to use all the machines. He also explained the monthly wash-and-fold subscription service in detail. I had an amazing experience over the weekend and will definitely be back!

This is one of the best laundromats I’ve been to! The place was clean, the machines worked great, and the whole process was super easy. Raul was really nice and helpful—he greeted me when I walked in, showed me how to use the machines, and made sure I had everything I needed. Great customer service goes a long way, and Raul definitely made the experience better. Highly recommend this spot if you need to get your laundry done!
