If I could give 0 stars I would. We paid almost $300 to take our family in Orlando July 12-13, 2025 at the Orange County Convention Center. They cancelled the show without any warning to us. We didn't get an email, phone call or anything. We have been unable to reach anyone to get a refund either. This event is a scam!
I was so excited for today to attend unicorn world with my granddaughter to drive 45 mins to find out the event had been canceled the look on my granddaughters face was so heart broken I purchased our tickets earlier in the month and she was looking forward to attending as so was I...very disappointed in the lack of communication of the event being canceled 😞
I just felt that having to pay an additional fee on top of am entry price was a little off putting, extra to ride the unicorn, go in the bounce house, face painting, pictures, arts and crafts...knowing a family will try not to disappoint thw child once thwy are already there. Otherwise the experience was incredibly fun for the little ones
It was ok. Definitely not worth the money. The sanitation was questionable. Both my daughter’s got pink eye from the event. We really did enjoy the fairies and the mermaid characters running around, They were absolutely lovely. But the backgrounds and boards looked dirty and very old. The little fairy gnome garden in the front was sweet to look at, but the unicorns looked pretty angry. It was a weird experience that I will never do again.
** also, I find it funny that when they asked for my feedback, they only brought me to the reviews page when I clicked thumbs up. When I clicked thumbs down, they sent me straight to an email. So there’s that.
Wow my grandkids, 4 and 7, had a blast. Everything ran smoothly and the workers were very nice. We arrived at noon and stayed until it closed at 5:30. It got crowded at times but the wait times weren't bad. But at 4pm it was empty. Just wish they had seating near each activity so adults could sit to watch their kids.
This year was much better than years prior when you had to select your entry time. There was not a huge crowd when you entered and that made it a lot easier to take photos. The extra cost to do bounce houses and rides is a bit ridiculous. What kid is not going to want that? So really the only free activities are photo ops and arts and crafts. But we had a great time. I don’t think I’ll go back though. This is my second time attending
