It seems that most printers don't want to do t shirts anymore - thankfully not the case with "The T Shirt Man", Jordan was incredibly helpful, professional and delivered a set of bespoke T shirts in record time.
The colours were vibrant and the shirts were a decent quality too - I will be back for more soon - really can't thank Jordan and his team enough!

Ordered a custom garment as part of my costume for a musical at the Kings Theatre. The sweatshirt I received was with me in 4 days as I collected it, I love the material and my custom print came out absolutely perfectly! The only custom clothing business I could find that would add a design across the whole front of a garment rather than just the chest area. I will definitely be ordering all of my custom clothing from this business in the future.

I bought 2 custom t-shirts off TheTshirtMan. When they came, the image was much smaller on the t-shirt than the one I made and it looked very different to the mock-up on the website. I got in touch with them about it, and from start to finish the customer service was very poor. The emails were poorly written, with just a couple of sentences written (no Dear... X or email signature in any way - it seemed like a child wrote it). They initially didn't want to refund me and then started ignoring my emails, I had to chase them several times. They then finally agreed to refund me but would not refund the postage costs even though the items were not as described/ faulty (which by law they have to do). They are now ignoring my emails again. I think I am going to have to escalate it to Trading Standards and my bank to get the money back. I would never use this company again.
Edit: The response by TheTshirtMan is a complete lie. I sent many, many emails to them trying to sort this, I never refused to send the T-shirts back I was waiting for them to agree to refund postage costs first, and they only agreed to refund in full including postage costs when I emailed them TWICE more reminding them of the law and then stating I would escalate it to Trading Standards. And my initial email to them provided pictures of the mock up AND the t-shirts which were printed wrong (which I then sent a few more times to them) - so it is an absolute lie that I did not provide evidence they were done wrong. The lies continue with this company.

Customer ordered 2 custom t-shirts with an uploaded design.
Both garments were printed with a 30cm front print – our standard size for A3 prints unless specified otherwise.
The order was completed and dispatched the same day, arriving on time.
✅ Correct Product Supplied:
The artwork was printed exactly as provided by the customer.
No errors or faults were identified in the print process.
Mock-ups shown online are for illustrative purposes and sizing can vary depending on garment size and proportions.
🔄 Resolution Offered:
Upon receiving feedback that the print appeared smaller than expected, we offered to reprint both garments with an XL-sized print at no extra cost.
The customer declined the replacement garments.
📦 Return Refused by Customer:
As per standard policy, we requested the original garments to be returned before issuing a refund to ensure they had not been worn.
The customer refused to return the items.
💷 Full Refund Issued:
Despite not receiving the garments back, we chose to refund the customer in full, including postage, as a gesture of goodwill.
No evidence was provided that the garments were faulty or not as described.

All emails were responded to.
We acknowledge that tone and formatting could be improved and we are working to refine our customer service approach.
