Very bad service - do not use
I bought 2 custom t-shirts off TheTshirtMan. When they came, the image was much smaller on the t-shirt than the one I made and it looked very different to the mock-up on the website. I got in touch with them about it, and from start to finish the customer service was very poor. The emails were poorly written, with just a couple of sentences written (no Dear... X or email signature in any way - it seemed like a child wrote it). They initially didn't want to refund me and then started ignoring my emails, I had to chase them several times. They then finally agreed to refund me but would not refund the postage costs even though the items were not as described/ faulty (which by law they have to do). They are now ignoring my emails again. I think I am going to have to escalate it to Trading Standards and my bank to get the money back. I would never use this company again.
