I am proud to say that I completed the TRIPKIT course and successfully passed the TAP test on my first attempt. The course was intense and covered a wealth of information but I loved every min. of it. LOL there were times in my studies where I worried if I would be able to retain the information I needed to pass the exam, again it is a lot of information to cover. I would highly recommend the TRIPKIT course.
I purchased the TRIPKit and its extremely disappointing. Ive never seen a course thrown together so randomly. The way you need to skip around the chapters is beyond absurd. Also, they NEVER answer the phone or return calls or emails. Scam!

The Travel Institute TRIPKIT Program was thought out and thorough and provided a means of ease when it came time to the Travel Agent Proficiency test. I was most impressed with the accessibility of the staff and the frequent webinars to help students understand the travel industry better and also prepare for testing. Such a knowledgeable organization!

I enjoyed the course but not everything in the course is the same information taught by Travel Alaska. For example: In my Travel Alaska training to become a Travel Alaska Certified Expert we learned that one of the best places to see the midnight sun is Fairbanks but that was not one of the answer choices in this course. While this was a great course I trust people living in Alaska know best compared to those creating courses.
Yes, I thought it was a great foundation, and it covered business related areas such as digital resources, marketing, relationships, examples of vendors and questions to ask vendors when discussions take place. I would recommend updating some of the content, vendors and websites. A great start for me!
