Dr Osman did an outstanding job with my Check up & Clean.
He was very thorough and detailed with the scans that were completed, as well as very informative in how to improve my overall dental hygiene.
He was very respectful and had great communication, along with the assistance of a great dental assistant and absolutely beautiful receptionist, who as a team done a superb job at fulfilling my needs for a service, check up and clean.
I am most definitely happy and satisfied with my visit, and I will be sure to return back soon.

Dr Madeleine has been unreal. Everything is explained super clearly and you're given options for treatment, which is good for the ol purse strings. Come get yourself some new teeths

Came here to get my daughter checked out for some fillings. Was quoted $660 for 2 fillings and some fissure seals.
Came back for the 2nd appointment because having a young daughter and it being her first time the dentist, she was comfortable with the dentist we saw. Was told at that second appointment she would need to be referred to a specialist (for fillings!) and the work could not be done.
If you didn't want to do the work, just say so. Don't extort parents and waste our time in the process.
Thankfully we went to another dentist who charged us less than $100 for the same work and did an amazing job

I’ve been seeing Dr Osman El Souki for my Invisalign and it has been such a positive experience from the very first visit. He has a genuinely warm and reassuring manner that immediately puts you at ease. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, checks in often and never makes anything feel rushed. When I unexpectedly fractured a tooth, he looked after it on the spot with the same care and skill he brings to all his work.
He is a true gentleman with impeccable manners and a calm, kind way of practising. You feel looked after not just as a patient but as a person. The atmosphere in the clinic is great as well and he always has excellent music playing which makes every appointment enjoyable. The reception staff are also so lovely and always easy to communicate with.
I can’t recommend the smile designer dental and him highly enough for anyone wanting a dentist who is warm, skilled and truly invested in your care.
