The facility is beautiful, warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly. The reason my review is not a positive one is because I receive fillers and botox. And I'm not sure what went wrong. But the filler in my lips didn't last 4 months, and the bottox was basically gone after a month. I have done this procedure multiple times and had negative results each time. I have done this procedure with different providers and never had this problem. Furthermore, the injections for my lipfillers were somewhat painful more so than I recall from different providers. In addition, I inquired with my specialist. But didn't receive a plausible explanation. I would like to add that I don't have any allergies.And that I had this procedure done in the past with very good results.

I had the best experience getting my lip filler done with Alex. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable, honestly like I was with an older sister. She was incredibly kind, informative, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel confident and at ease. What I appreciated most was how genuine and honest she was. She truly had my best interest in mind and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. Even when she could have suggested more, she reeled me in and focused on what would actually look best for me.
