Excellent service and beautiful shutters We've had a great experience with Shutter Studio. From start to finish their service has been friendly and professional. Great communication throughout and the fitting of the shutters was expertly done. We now have a beautiful set of shutters in our lounge which have turned out far better than I had ever expected.

So happy with my shutters. Great service. I’m really pleased with the blinds that were fitted today, they look amazing and have completely transformed the space. I’m so happy with the outcome and genuinely glad I chose Shutter Studio. Sam was fantastic from start to finish, keeping everything smooth and stress-free throughout the process. Mark, the installer, also did an incredible job. His attention to detail really shows in the final result. Hats off to these guys for such a great experience.

Smart, beautiful shutters. I would definitely recommend The Shutter Studio. The whole team were very approachable, helpful and professional. I had Alex fit my shutters, he has done an amazing job and I am beyond happy with the fitting, they look gorgeous. There was no mess and he took all the rubbish away with him. Thank you so much. Can't recommend highly enough - everything from the communications to the install was wonderful with The Shutter Studio team. Their products are amazing quality and look great. I also had quotes for made to measure curtains that were asking more than the shutters cost! The team came over to detail the options with me - and were hilarious. From there they were super clear around the timeline and managed expectations, delivery and install was exactly when they said it would be. The installation was done beautifully to such a high standard. Every person that came into my house was polite, friendly, took their shoes off immediately, took away the rubbish from the install. These details really go a long way. Thank you Shutter Studio!

That they are getting a product that is great to look at and operates so weel. It all started with the measuring up, which went well, the chap was very helpful and left us with the confidence that all was going to go well. and it sure did, because six weeks later they arrived and were unpacked and put in place in just slightly over 2 hours. the guy was clean and methodical. I say this as i come from a construction background and know the drill when it comes to working in peoples homes. we were both really pleased with the work and the appearance of the shutters. They finally made that end or our studio flat look complete. we love them to bits and great at night.

Absolutely terrible service from this company. I purchased Venetian blinds which were installed in my apartment and have since failed just outside their 12-month warranty period. In my experience, a quality product of this type should last many years, not barely over a year. I spoke with Omar, who refused to offer any solution other than re-ordering and paying again for replacement blinds. There was no acknowledgement that the product failed outside of a reasonable life expectancy, nor any attempt at goodwill or compromise. The company appears completely rigid when it comes to customer service. The products are substandard and, in my opinion, are likely to continue failing once outside the warranty period. I am extremely disappointed with how this issue was handled and the way I was treated. As an Estate Agent who regularly deals with tradespeople and suppliers, I can honestly say this company has fallen well short of acceptable standards.

My daughter recommended the Shutter Studio having had shutters in her bedroom. I was very impressed by what I saw and got in touch with the company myself. They installed shutters in my bedroom in 2024 and I was so pleased with them that last summer I asked if they would visit again and advise on shutters for another bedroom. Charlie visited, gave advice and subequently fitted new shutters in November 2025. Very pleased, extremely good quality and would thoroughly recommend The Shutter Studio. Thank you for two excellent installations.
