Very disappointed with this firm, mainly because of their poor communication. They were rude in the beginning, which should have been my sign to go elsewhere, but because of their good reviews, I gave them a chance.
I was told I didn't have to appear in court because they would represent me, but they failed to clearly explain the consequences of not showing up. Because I wasn't there, the hearing didn't happen as expected, and they made a deal without even checking if I agreed with it.
I was maintaining my innocence and expected my attorneys to communicate with me and fight for my case. Instead, I felt like they took the easiest way out. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.

I had an accident where I was cited and would get three points. I was on a brief vacation in Lancaster. The officer at the scene told me if I attended the hearing at the magistrate’s he would be able to get those points reduced. I was very traumatized after the accident and didn’t want to drive a round trip of 556 miles so I opted to search for legal help. With my Google search I was contacted by Attorney Jonathan Shelton. I was very hesitate to accept his assurances that all would go well. I called him several times and he always immediately answered my calls and reassured me. I am so happy to report that my charges were reduced and I will get 0 points on my record. I highly recommend using Attorney Shelton. You will not regret it.
I definitely got my money’s worth. I was facing a 1543(a), which comes with an additional 1 year license suspension. Attorney Shelton and his crew, go this charge completely withdrawn! Chris did a great job! I 100% recommend. Don’t listen to the bad reviews.
Shelton Firm got a 4 point charge dropped to plea for 0 points. Answered all questions in detail during phone call.

I contacted Shelton the last minute. Friday afternoon, for a 10 AM Monday hearing, to be exact. The case was impossible, but they did what they could, and did represent me in court. It was a smooth and fast handling. guys are pros.
