I don’t even know where to start because my experience at The Ruby Postnatal was beyond amazing. After I gave birth, I had some complications that made it really hard for me to care for my baby the way I wanted to. It broke my heart, but coming to The Ruby was the best decision I could have made. From the moment I walked in, I felt safe, cared for, and supported. The 24-hour nurse care and nanny care were such a blessing knowing that my baby was being loved on and looked after while I focused on healing gave me so much peace of mind. Every single nurse and nanny was so gentle and attentive, and I could truly rest without worry. You also have a baby cam in your room to watch baby when they take her to the nursery. The meals were out of this world nourishing, delicious, and exactly what my body needed during recovery. I still dream of the Acai bowl! And honestly, the whole environment was so calming and comforting. They thought of everything a new mom could need, from physical healing to emotional support. I left The Ruby feeling stronger, more confident, and so thankful. I was able to meet with a lactation specialist for about two hours at no cost and learned so much! It’s not easy to hand your newborn over to someone else, but they made me feel like family. I could never put into words how much this place helped me through one of the hardest times of my life. They made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed. There wasn't one thing I asked for that they didn't try their hardest to either get for me or accommodate for. If you’re a new mom in Houston and you’re looking for a place that truly cares for both you and your baby, I can’t recommend The Ruby Postnatal enough. It’s the kind of support every mom deserves.

As a first time mom, I highly recommend The Ruby! We went straight from the hospital for 5 nights and it made our transition home so much smoother. We felt like we were in our own little bubble, all while having expert help/food just a call away. They arranged for a lactation consultant to come to our room, setting my nursing journey up for success from the very beginning. We even managed to get good rest during our stay (something we’re missing now at home), knowing that the amazing nurses were snuggling our little boy. Book your stay - you won’t regret it!!

Took our 2 month old with us on our wedding anniversary! We were able to get so much rest and a few massages to celebrate. The nurses were so kind and loved our baby. We got plenty of sleep and could see our baby sleeping on camera. The owner helped us book everything via text a few weeks prior. I wish this was around for our first two kids!

My family’s experience at The Ruby was exceptional all around! We felt cared for, pampered and nourished after welcoming our second child, if only The Ruby had existed when my first was born! The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need postpartum. If they don’t already provide you with something you need, they are quick at getting it for you. The nurses are incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and willing to help with anything you or baby might need. I felt 100% comfortable letting them watch my little one while I was able to get the rest I needed at night. The food was delicious and was brought to our room every meal time. Such a wonderful experience! As soon as you walk in, it's obvious that the owners put care into every detail. So much peace of mind knowing that your baby is well taken care of by actual nurses while you get some well deserved R&R. Loved all the resources and amenities, and it's in a great location. My husband loved it too. Highly recommend to any new mom!
